Auger Flighting
auger flight diameters and pitch RANGE from 20mm to 2.0 meters and thicknesses RANGE from 2mm to 25MM.
Standard flighting can be stitched or continuously welded to the majority of pipe and shaft sizes and flighting options are custom-made to fit your specific needs. We also provide variable and double-pitched flighting, along with tapered flighting to fit various pipe and shaft sizes. Completing our range are standard or double-flight ribbon conveyors, featuring continuous, one-piece helixes formed by specialized equipment.
Finishes include mild steel, bisalloy, stainless 304, and food grade 316.

Standard Flighting
Standard or special designed Auger flighting. We can form our standard flighting to a precise diameter and pitch and stitch or continuously weld to most pipe and shaft sizes.
We can manufacture to a variety of diameters and pitches ranging from 20mm through to 2.0 meters and thicknesses from 2mm to 25mm thick.
Variable and double pitched Flighting is also available to suit your requirements.
Finishes: mild steel, bis-alloy, stainless 304 and 316 Food Grade.
Tapered Flighting
We can form our tapered flighting to a precise diameter and pitch and to fit onto most pipe or shaft sizes.
We can manufacture to a variety of diameters, pitches and thicknesses.

Standard or Double Flight Ribbon Mixers
We can form a continuous, one-piece helix formed by special equipment into various diameter and pitches.

Flight Direction
A conveyor Screw is either right hand or left hand depending on the form of the helix
The hand of the screw is easily determined by looking at the end of the screw. The screw pictured to the left has the flight helix wrapped around the pipe in a counter-clockwise direction, or to your left same as left hand threads on a bolt. This is arbitrarily termed a left-hand screw.
The screw pictured to the right has the flight helix wrapped around the pipe in a clockwise direction, or to your right same as right hand threads on a bolt. This is termed right hand screw.
A conveyor screw viewed from either end will show the same configuration. If the end of the conveyor screw is not readily visible, then by merely imagining that the flight has been cut, with the cut end exposed, the hand of screw may be easily determined.
Determining a screw rotation
The below diagrams are a simple means of determining screw rotation. When the material flow is in the direction away from the end being viewed, a right-hand screw will turn counter-clockwise and a left-hand screw will turn.

Spiral Welded Pipe
We are fully equipped to supply a variety of diameters ranging from 100mm through to 500mm in either 2mm or 3mm wall thickness. This has a multitude of uses including auger casing, ducting, light culvert and pipe casing

Portable Grain Augers
Designed for long life, extreme strength, and simple to use and maintain
For at least four decades, these augers have been scattered throughout the country, painted in the traditional blue or galvanized finishes. Compared to imported augers, they are unquestionably more durable. For optimal strength and durability, the Todd Portable Grain Augers are constructed with 3mm thick tubing and flighting for high-wear areas. Our standard 8, 9, and 10" models are between 35 and 60 feet long.
